The Oak Park High School Advanced Large Coed cheerleading squad achieved first place at both the MCCA regionals on October 14th, 2023, and NCA regionals on November 4th, 2023.

What's even more remarkable is that they outscored every other team at both events, earning them the prestigious Hurkey High Point award at NCA.

Their routines showcased amazing choreography done by their fabulous coaching staff, outstanding tumbling winning the award of "Best Use of Tumbling", and tremendous school spirit.

These dual victories have filled the Oak Park cheer program with tons of pride and confidence. As a result, this outstanding team is now preparing to compete at MCCA State on December 9th, 2023, in Cape Girardeau, followed by Nationals on January 20th and 21st, 2023, in Dallas, Texas
