Congratulations to the Men's Swim and Dive team for an outstanding performance in the highly competitive Red Conference! The team placed 5th overall, with all swimmers achieving lifetime bests and gearing up for State this weekend! Every Oak Park relay team qualified for State, with standout performances across the board.
 
Individual achievements included Xavier Cavanaugh securing 11th in the 50 Free and an impressive 4th in the 100 Breast. Christopher Lynn placed 14th in the 200 Free and 15th in the 100 Free. Ty McKinnis came in 10th for the 200 Free and 11th in the 100 Fly, while Tynan Meyer placed 8th in the 200 Free and an exceptional 4th in the 500 Free. Niko Nakahodo achieved 13th in both the 100 Free and 100 Breast, and Ben Place delivered strong results with 6th in the 100 Fly and 8th in the 100 Back. Jack Salyer swam solidly, earning 14th in both his 100 Free events, and Levi Salyer rounded out the competition, taking 16th in both the 200 Free and 100 Fly. In diving, Will Strub was a standout, claiming 3rd place and showing incredible promise for State.
