Last night kicked off the annual Oak Park Invitation Tournament for the Ladies. This is a traditional tournament that includes teams from all around. this year this bracket includes, Oak Park, Park Hill South, Wyandotte, Smithville, Liberty North, Winnetonka, Ruskin and Lincoln Prep. 

In round one the teams that came out victorious were Oak Park (8-5) , Park Hill South (10-1) , Liberty North (9-5) and Lincoln Prep (8-1).  

The Lady Oakies faced off against Smithville last night, the Ladies fought hard to come back from down 11 towards the end of the 1st half, cutting the deficit to 2 before halftime. A huge scoring night from Paige Allen (33 pts) and a strong defense from the team combined, the ladies came out with a win. 

Tonight the Tournament continues as your Ladies take on the Park Hill South Panthers at 6:30 pm in the main gym looking for a spot in the championship game set to take place on Thursday at 8 pm.
