Biography

Kale Williams is a senior at Oak Park High School and a key contributor to the school’s award-winning journalism program. He serves as a graphic designer, sports photographer, and broadcaster, playing a major role across multiple platforms including Northmen Yearbook, N2 Sports Marketing, and Oak Park Sports Broadcasting.
Kale also known as “The Program” is a nationally recognized and award-winning photographer, earning honors at the National High School Journalism Convention in the highly competitive sports action category. As a designer, he leads the creation of graphics for major games and events, while also managing and growing social media platforms through engaging visual content.
In broadcasting, Kale works as a play-by-play announcer for football, basketball, and baseball, where he is known for his ability to remain unbiased while delivering clear, energetic coverage. Beyond school programs, he has helped generate over 400,000 views across TikTok and Instagram through his media work.
Kale prides himself on building strong relationships with athletes, coaches, and administrators, helping him continue to grow as a storyteller and prepare for a future in sports media.
