Oak Park proudly celebrates senior Donovan Ross as this week's Athlete of the Week! Donovan's outstanding performance in the team's final playoff game on Friday night earned him this well-deserved honor. With three interceptions, Donovan played a crucial role in keeping the team competitive until the very end of the game.
 
A four-year member of the Oak Park football team, Donovan's dedication and passion for the game have been evident since his first time picking up a football in the second grade. When asked about his journey, he shared that football has been a lifelong interest, something he's pursued consistently throughout his childhood and high school years.
 
For Donovan, the thrill of competition is what he enjoys most about the sport. This season, he faced some fierce rivals, but he marked Park Hill as the toughest competitor he's gone up against. Despite the challenges, his drive and skills have been a vital key to the team's success this year. Congratulations Donovan!
