Northmen Unveil "New" Offense

Oak Park had an ace up its sleeve and trumped Ray South with the surprise.

For the first time in this inaugural season Oak Park unveiled  
passing attack.

To this point Oak Park kept the ball on the ground but the 
"NEW" offense produced 32 points in an impressive win.

Only 35 seconds into the second quarter Jack Armstrong ran for the first score.

Dick Ranes hard hit caused a fumble, recovered by Mike Haliburton and quickly Armstrong was back in the endzone.

Unable to move 
offensively Ray South prepared to punt.

A bad snap gave the Big Blue the 
ball at the South 11.

Mike Termini hit Tom Dodd to run the score to 18-0.

Oak Park dominated the second half Ray South was unable to threatened and the Big Blue added two more touchdowns and two extra points.

Termini throw to Steve Peacher and Rick Hill connected with Dick Ranes 
while Gil Cox kicked two extra points. 

Oak Park rushed for 303 yards and 0
 yards rushing. Ray South totaled 0 yards rushing.
