With this key win, the Oakies are now standing in first place in the Suburban White conference. Oak Park is squarely in the driver's seat, leading NKC by 1 game and spliting the head-to-head games with a key victory last week.
The next two games this week both matter a little bit more than most this season.
There are hundreds of Conference Champions each year, and tens of thousands who get to claim such a title….and, IF the Northmen win these next two matchups, they WILL claim a Conference Championship.
How is this any different than most???
This will be the first time EVER in Oak Park History that Girls Basketball will have won a Conference title.
Your Oakies take on Fort Osage at home tonight as this is a big conference match up. Oakies are looking to secure another win to accomplish what they've been working for all season.
